These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and SMS messaging program operated by Loveless Social ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

Loveless Social provides marketing services for local service-based businesses, including paid social advertising, content production, CRM and automation setup, and related strategy and consulting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to SMS communications from us.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description. By providing your mobile phone number on our website, forms, or during a sales conversation, and by checking the SMS opt-in box (or otherwise indicating consent in writing), you agree to receive text messages from Loveless Social related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, account servicing, billing, customer support, marketing offers, and updates about our services.

Consent. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt in by submitting a web form on our site that includes an SMS consent checkbox, by texting us a keyword we provide, or by explicitly agreeing to receive texts during a conversation with a member of our team.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to several messages per week.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out (STOP). You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in.

Help (HELP). For help, reply HELP to any of our messages, or contact us at dominick@lovelesssocial.com.

Supported carriers. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the services.

5. Payment & Fees

Where applicable, fees, billing terms, and refund policies are described in your separate service agreement or proposal with Loveless Social. Those documents control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, copy, graphics, and code, is the property of Loveless Social or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific marketing results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loveless Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, services, or SMS program.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
